Mark Malone
Writer
Mark Malone began his career as a playwright in the theater in New York City. He then wrote two feature films, Dead of Winter with Mary Steenburgen and Roddy McDowell, then Signs of Life with Vince D’Onofrio and Mary Louise Parker. Malone then turned to directing and made numerous movies, among them; Bulletproof Heart with Anthony LaPaglia, Mimi Rogers, and Peter Boyle, Hoods with Joe Mantegna and Jennifer Tilly, and Dead Heat with Keifer Sutherland and Radha Mitchell. He has served as a staff writer and producer on several TV series, most recently Halo. He currently divides his time between his home in Los Angeles and his boat in Vancouver BC.
Saskia Rifkin
Producer
Saskia Rifkin, is a director and producer. She has over twenty years of experience crafting independent film, television, and contemporary art. Over the past two decades, she has partnered with the internationally renowned artist Gregory Crewdson to produce his critically acclaimed photography projects. Saskia’s producing credits include numerous films and TV shows for prominent filmmakers such as Mark Burnett and Abel Ferrara.
She directed two feature films: Can Hitler Happen Here (2017) followed by MAD?(2019), both of which screened at festivals around the world. Her film WHAT? won Best of Show at Female Eye Film Festival, Best Cinematography at the Woods Hole Film Festival, and Best Actor at Brooklyn Film Festival.
Susan Beth Ades
Editor
Susan has edited numerous award-winning documentary and narrative films over the past 15 years. Those include her first feature film, For The Next 7 Generations (2009) produced and directed by Emmy winners Carole and Bruce Hart; Nrityagram: For the Love of Dance (2010) shot by New York Times photographer Nan Melville; The Rescue of the Jews of Syria (2012) directed by Lisa Ades; the comedy series The Other F Word (2016-2017) directed by Caytha Jentis to name a few. Susan resides in New York City, where in 2014 she created her production company Pulling It Together Productions LLC. In addition to freelance work as an editor and consultant, she produces original works and teaches aspiring filmmakers.
Richard Sands
Director of Photography
Richard Sands is a film technician whose roots are in theater and cinema production. He has had the honor to work with Francis Ford Coppola, Steven Spielberg and Doug Trumbull. He has done the lighting for over 60 feature-length live action and VFX motion pictures, including two academy award winners for VFX, 50+ television movies, over 100 one-hour television episodes and numerous advertising pieces. He was responsible for many award-winning projects as DoP including receiving three ADDY Awards and The Art Directors Club Award. For over 24 years, Sands has created the elaborate lighting for the fine art narrative photographs of artist Gregory Crewdson. Crewdson on Sands: “...he thinks differently than everyone else I know. He just responds to light. It’s remarkable.”
Robert Taylor

Artist; Theatre, Architectural, Special Venue Set Designer, & Film CGI- VFX Production Designer
Taylor designed over 100 Theater productions all over the US, including 3 shows on Broadway at once. He has designed over 700 TV commercials, many winning Clios, Taylor was Designer for the VFX motion control film; Back to the Future - The Ride, for Douglas Trumbull, Universal Studios FL and the 6 acre Entertainment floor for Luxor, Las Vegas. He designed sets for the feature films: Judge Dredd, Eraser, Event Horizon, Shadow Conspiracy, Starship Troopers, VFX planning forThe Matrix, and FX for What Dreams May Come. He designed hotel, restaurant and theme park designs in Singapore, Dubai, and the Dalian Wanda Group in China.
Govanne Lohbauer
Costume Designer
Govane is in her 41st season with Shakespeare & Company in Lenox MA where she is Costume Director and a principal Costume Designer. Recent and favorite stage design Credits at Shakespeare and Company include King Lear with Christopher Lloyd in the title role in 2021, Martha Mitchell Calling play and film, Twelfth Night, and for Tina Packer in her five-part production of Women of Will, and in Mother of the Maid directed by Matthew Penn. Other favorites include Shakespeare’s Will, Private Lives, The Learned Ladies, Les Liaisons Dangereuses, Golda’s Balcony, Enchanted April, House of Mirth. She is particularly proud of 30 plus years of work with the S&C Education Department’s yearly Fall Festival of Shakespeare, with 10 participating high schools. Favorite regional credits include. Grant & Twain, In Darfur, Red Noses, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, Metamorphosis, The Marriage of Bette and Boo, Alice in Wonderland, Our Country’s Good.
Alexander Sovronsky

As a NYC-based actor/musician/composer, Alexander has created original music for theatrical productions all over the country. Some career highlights include: Broadway: Cyrano de Bergerac (starring Kevin Kline), Off Broadway: Mother of the Maid (The Public Theatre); Bottom of the World (Atlantic); Women Beware Women (Red Bull Theatre); King Lear, Three Sisters (Classical Theatre of Harlem); As You Like It (Happy Few Theatre Co); Cyrano de Bergerac (Resonance Ensemble). Alexander has also written original music for productions at Shakespeare & Co, Barrington Stage, Arena Stage, KC Rep, Baltimore Center Stage, and at many other regional theatres. Alexander is also an award-winning Music Director, and a teacher that specializes in the music and sound of Shakespeare's plays.
